上海服务贸易全球促进联盟于2018年5月29日在第五届京交会上正式成立，是由上海市商务委员会提供业务指导，以色列驻华使馆、巴西全国服务业联合会共同发起成立的的非营利性组织。作为国内首个国际性服务贸易促进联盟，旨在打造上海服务贸易企业的宣传推介平台，助力全球服务贸易健康发展。
探索服务贸易发展过程中的痛点、难点热点、前沿问题以及共性、交叉问题，借鉴世界各地服务贸易改革的原则和经验。
聚集境内外服务贸易企业对话经济，全面开拓境内外资源渠道，编织联盟海外合作机构、国内专家服务团队及国内会员企业资源网络。
为坚定支持贸易自由化和经济全球化，创造国内外企业贸易交流机会，联盟发挥贸易桥梁作用，促成世界各国加强经贸交流合作，推动开放型世界经济发展。
通过社交媒体运营打破行业间的交流壁垒，促进全球资源的有效利用与合理分配， 激发服务贸易领域的内生动力。
